Making A Purchase: now the payment we could accept are; paypal, Moneybookers and Google checkout ( If you want to make the payment by google checkout, pls change the currency to GBP on our website homepage first,as now the google checkout could only accept UK to UK, or USA TO USA. but could Not accept USA To UK ). And you cold also make the payment by bank transfer  or online banking transfer to our UK Natwest or HSBC Bank account.  

Delivery:  Usually we dispatch our items within 1 business day. Normally by Hongkong airmail Recorded ( 2.2 GBP , with tracking number ) ( without tracking number : 0.69 GBP ).  If you need it urgent, will post them to you from United Kingdom ( but pls pay 2.5 to 4.5 GBP  for the extra payment (depend on what have you ordered), because the business cost (stock, salary of postman and other fee) in UK are higher, and pls contact us for the extra payment first .  Or we could post the item to you by DHL, Fedex or EMS.

Returns Policy: We try to let our customer be satisfied with our service,  and if the items arrived faulty or broken, or you are not satisfied,  We guarantee  30 days return policy. ( from the day you received, not from the day we dispatch). and we will exchange the items or refund the full amount , and we will pay for the returning fee for items exchange.
